Make a point to go to an outdoor restaurant by the name of La Placita Del Torro in the old city located on Calle Bonampak. It's a wonderful place to enjoy a huge, filling, great-tasting meal, and at a very, very low cost. The service is fantastic!

The best part about it is that it's located on the skirt of an old bull-fighting arena, and if you hit it on the right night when there's a concert being held there, you'll have the opportunity to truly savor the best of Mexican night life-- clothes, people, language, beauty, and social life.
