A really nasty stomach virus. Well, not that nasty but I did lose 8 lbs this last week.
Give me cholera or dysentary and I'll be on the cover of Men's Fitness.

Can't eat anything with sodium, dairy products, or soy/soybean...which is 98% of whats in the stores. I lost about the same amount per week as you did. It can't be good for us to lose it that fast. I know I felt like shit, but I couldn't take my thyroid meds for 3 weeks either. Do you have any concept of what it's like to go three weeks without a single meatball? :scared:
Hope you're feeling better soon. Stomach problems suck. I can take a high fever any day, but being nauseous sucks hard.
