11. Look under the Image menus, specifically adjustments.

Lots of different tools to play with. Brightness, contrast, hue, saturation, curves, photo filters, higlight/shadow...

If you wanna make it less orange, try the hue, or maybe use a cooling filter.

I used to do the same thing with my Raggedy Ann and Raggedy Andy dolls too and now I'm a full blown Pev. I don't even say pev. I say Pev, because the proficiency I exhibit in being dirty minded earns me a capital P for my Pev title. :P
