Is it Trick-or-Treat day where you live?
Ours is today from 1:00 to 4:00 and these kids are cleaning me out. I've never seen more tiny princesses in my life!(I love this.)

20. Our trick or treat
is also the last Sunday in October. We had about eighty little ghosts, pirates, princesses, Hannah Montana's, etc. visit our house yesterday.

Our village has many areas without sidewalks, so I think they schedule trick or treating Sunday afternoon for safety reasons, so kids won't be wandering in the streets in the dark.

4. Nope, too far out
in the country for ToT.

I always wanted to hand out candy to the munchkins, but alas I don't live in town.

11. Well, I don't live in a big, bad city but....
It's a small city that can be dangerous at night and not all kids are accompanied by their parents on Halloween. For example, I don't walk to the corner store after dark.

12. So no one celebrates Halloween there?
That's weird, I've never heard of that. I live in a pretty decent sized city and I remember going out at night on Halloween alone.

15. All we could afford this year was four bags of bite-size candy.

17. It's so hard to tell around here. Sometimes it gets crazy, sometimes nothing. We're in a weird side
street, so most of the kids don't even bother. Plus the weather is cold and blustery, so probably not a lot of kids out. I still got almost 2 hours, so the kids that do show up will be getting handfuls.:-)

I went to the Big Lots and got my candy there, it was pretty cheap and I was able to get the bigger mixed bags of candy.
