Do you ever have the feeling of fear, or dread, but you don't know why, for sure? |
|
You just have it?
For me, it's like a deep heavy feeling in my throat and chest. Sometimes, like tonight, a shortness of breath. Usually I get rid of it with an hour or 90 minutes of yoga, but sometimes it just sticks around. I exercise a ton, but for some reason it won't leave.
Is "dread" an emotion, a feeling, a muscular state?

A feeling of dread, coupled with shortness of breath could be cardiac related.

No fucking job and no fucking job in sight. It's only been 3 weeks; I tell myself it's too early to freak out, but I'm having problems sleeping.
