dinner rolls :-) I love baking, but I hate standing at the counter for that long, shaping rolls... But it's done! :woohoo:
Hope your T-day tomorrow is all good, fellow DUers

1. You could sit down and shape the rolls. |

2. I almost finished mine today.... |

I came soooooooo close.
I did a pumpkin pie, a chocolate pecan pie, a lemon chess pie, a banana cream pie, two chocolate cream pies, a cherry cheese pie, a batch of sausage balls, three cheese logs, a triple batch of olive-stuffed cheese balls, banana nut muffins, lemon-poppy seed muffins, pistachio jello stuff, boiled the eggs for the deviled eggs...can't remember what else.
I didn't get the cranberry-orange muffins done, though. I might do 'em when I get home tonight -- we'll see.

I'm always afraid that I'm gonna run out of something, though. Plus, baking is my one claim to fame. I'm average in most other respects. Average, invisible....blah.
BUT...I'm hell on wheels when it comes to cooking for the holidays.

5. I bow to your perserverance. |

That's a lot of kolacky and rolls!
I prepped a veggie tray: carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers and ranch dip. I also made some jambalaya, which will be a side dish tomorrow (our family is originally from the south and jambalaya is always welcome). Oh yeah - and I made a smoked salmon dip for crackers.
My parents are hosting this year and have the turkey on their calendar (last year it was my turn...we trade; whoever hosts makes the turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy). So this is my easy year. :-)
Happy T-day to you, too, grannylib and all DUers... :woohoo:
