I didn't go shopping today. |
|
Well, I didn't do my thing for the economy on the day after Thanksgiving. I guess I'm a bad American.

1. But a good liberal. If you did your non-shopping in an American car, doubly so. nt |

4. Bonus points have been awarded. |

Your Good Liberal Points account should be updated immediately. Points are, of course, redeemable for your choice of merchandise at your local health food store, medical marijuana co-op or other fine liberal business.

The only thing I shopped for was dinner!
I think that's OK, right?
We still have to eat, and this is a local merchant!
You did good, sweetie...

11. Me too. I had to shop for essentials |

I can do without a lot of stuff, but cat food and toilet paper are not among them.
Kitteh's do not deal well with deferred gratification. Dogs just sigh and look woebegone in the hope of making you feel guilty, but cats are - literally - in your face. And they have claws. Not a pretty situation.
As for the toilet paper - TMI.

new orleans stepped up to the plate and we did represent, our local news is proudly proclaiming that we got out and shopped
with what money i have no clue but apparently we did
actually a friend asked me to make him a food and wine basket for xmas so that's what i shopped for, it's pretty bad when you're my age and you're asking your buds to buy you FOOD tho, it's rather sad

I celebrated Buy Nothing Day. I first learned about that on the AdBusters web site several years ago. It has been my favorite way to celebrate on BF, ever since. Cheers!
