Post something funky
Funky Nassau.

I had this single--on depicted label--when I was about 12.

1. The Lounge needs more funk.
I unfortunately don't have youtube access on this machine, but the titles are self-evident.

Afrika Bombaata, "Planet Rock".
Stevie Wonder, "Livin' for the City".
George Clinton, "Atomic Dog".
Wesley Willis, "Hootie and the Blowfish".

Behold, King of Funk George Clinton.

And let's not forget about Prince of Funk Bootsy Collins.

I'm all about the Parliament.

5. How about some Baby Huey and the Babysitters?
Recorded one album, produced by Curtis Mayfield, and in 1970 died of a heart attack before it was released. He was 26. These are GREAT songs!
