Growing up, did you ever think your dad was Superman
And now you realize he was just a drunk in a cape?

1. I knew he was just a drunk from way back. Nothing "super" about him.

3. I thought my dad was a rock star...
but now I realize he was just snorting coke off of a hooker's ass for the hell of it.

5. No, but when I arrived in the US I was not only looking out the cab's back window
looking for Superman while going through NYC, but I was also looking for Battlestar Galactica Vipers.

The second one, I cannot explain.

6. I thought my Dad was the strongest and smartest Dad in the world and
there was nothing he couldn't do, in my eyes, as a child. He had his weaknesses, like anyone else, for instance, letting stress from his job get to him but he found ways to get rid of that stress besides growling at us kids and he mellowed out later in life and ended up being my best friend in the years before he passed away. I still miss him and miss his advice and guidance even today.
