If they had a pill or shot that could extend life 25%

Would you hear about it?

What if anyone that talked about it would not get the shot anymore. And only special people were allowed to get it.

It would lead to a few rich or famous people that always look 20 or 30 years younger then they should, and live to 100.

Think this could be made into a short story?
Any plot twist or ideas?

Would you agree to keep it secret knowing your loved ones were not included, just so you could be?

No Offence, it takes what you said out of context, but it gave me the idea.

When a person says he will write about it, someone comes up threatingly, and tells them "it would be a short story." Get it, like with menacing undertones.
