Video game-knowledgeable loungers: Nintendo DS question... |
|
I'm planning on getting my son one of these for Christmas... I hear that this unit is the best choice as a "starter system" for a younger child (he'll be 7 in April).
I'd love some input as to what games would be good for him to begin with. That is, something that he can reasonably master so as not to get frustrated from the get-go. I've not kept up with this stuff since the days of Atari, so I'm pretty clueless!
Thanks for any good advice!

3. Cooking Mama was a hit with my 7-year-old son (and his sister) |
|
I also got him a used copy of "Asphalt" (car racing game) that he likes.

Any of the Mario games are also good.

Cause I'd be out in front.

18. I agree with the above. Most certainly Pokemon Diamond. It's fun and easy for all ages. |
|
And addictive as all hell. :P Kirby Super Star Ultra might also appeal to him.
