man, instead of throwing him in jail they should have just put him on the nightly news every night for 10 years with his ridiculous hair and let him go on a batshit rant. I know he was crooked an all, but he was a laugh riot.

5. I always thought he and B-1 Bob Dornan should have their own TV show....

...where they both give House floor speeches, except the catch is they are dressed in ridiculous outfits while they are doing it. Like Traficant gets to dress up like a chicken, Dornan gets to dress up like an old west cowboy, etc.

It would be fun. I'd watch.
