I submit a couple claims for out of network appointments that according to my plan I should get 80% back after my deductible. They were $200 a piece and I get a claim form that it was $2.00! WTF kind of medical treatment can you get for $2?! A 2 pack of aspirin at a convenience store? Of course the "customer service" is closed by the time I get home and get my mail and now I'm so pissed I'm not going to be able to sleep, and sleep was the point of those appointments. :grr:
Well at least I have insurance and am not arguing over necessary surgery, right?

I'll have to add more zeros and resend all the forms at the very least. Maybe get copies of all the checks and send those too.
