Well, he turned my internet access back on. |
|
How very nice of STBX. :eyes: Of course, he tried to wrap it in how he did it in a "moment of spite" (his words) and then regretted it after reading my blog post. When I pointed out that my lawyer said he would've had to turn it back on anyway, restoring my computer back to the condition it was in when the papers were filed, he grudgingly admitted, "That, too."
Please send vibes to help me get through this weekend. The hearing on my motion is Monday, and I'm really hoping the judge sides with me and makes him move out (he's arguing to stay in the home, and his response to my motion is a farcical pack of lies).

Damn, woman. Thank goodness he is a STBX. Glad you're all lawyered up (I hope you've employed a total shark).

4. It saddens me when people who |
|
cared for each other act in such a destructive manner.
If the relationship is over, so be it. But please . . . be kind to each other.
Wishing you the best.

7. Sorry I had to post and run--bedtime help was needed. |

The kids really are taking this hard, but what else could we expect? They know their world is falling apart, and that's hard for everyone.
He'd threatened to take away my internet and sequester all of his money if I stayed in contact with his mistress's husband. I did, so he did, but not before the threat was put in the divorce papers. His lawyer's response to that is almost funny to read, it's so bad. My lawyer has enough to rip that one to shreds.
Thank goodness for really good lawyers. Even my dad (who's practically an expert on custody law himself after fighting for 13 years for my half-brother and twice in shorter bursts for custody for me) likes and respects her, so she has to be good.
Now, if I could just get through today and tomorrow without losing my temper, that would be great.
