About fucking time. Now if we could only find a way to abolish them altogether, the music industry will be set. The MPAA needs to go on the chopping block too, while we're at it.

3. It really isn't a better arrangement.
They are just going about it a different way. They still consider traditional fair use to be piracy.

What they need to be focused on is keeping up with technology better. Maybe then they wouldn't be losing so much money.
