Until last week I did not own a cell phone and was proud of it. Then the ice storm hit here in NH and I had no power, no phone and no internet. When I was finally able to get out I bought a TracFone and a 120 minute card. I activated the thing and inputed the minutes. I then put the phone away. Yesterday we got another storm and will be getting a worse one tomorrow. I went to use the TracFone and it said I had no minutes. After endless time on the phone with India and various other parts of the world, they tell me that there is a "technical problem" which will be solved in 72 hours.
Has anyone had this problem? Is there anything else I can do?

3. Call them again - before the storm hits |

Sometimes you get someone who just can't get fix it on the first go.
Usually they make you enter a zillion code numbers (make sure you repeat them back to the tech as you enter them), then turn your phone off (count to 10) and back on.
Your minutes should pop right up.
