My BFF just called, she wants to move back in town!
I cannot believe I actually used the acronym BFF, but in this case it applies. Some of you have seen some of my posts about her, she's my best friend, bar none, I love her like a sister. Unfortunately, for the past 4 years, she was hundreds of miles away, so I haven't been able to see her that often, only a few times, to be honest about it.

She's thinking about moving back, because for the past four years she lived in Springfield, Missouri, which, to put it bluntly, is hell. So she wants to move back, and called me to see if I want to move in with her. Problem is, I don't have a job, got laid off only a month and a half ago, if I had my job, I'd move in with her in a heartbeat, we've had a lot of good times together. :)

So we both will have to think about this very hard, and I need a job first, before we can figure out what to do. Still, I'm excited, she's in town right now, and is going to visit me for Christmas!

I'm so psyched!

2. Neat!
Now if only I could get our family to move to Edinburgh, or maybe just as cool get my wife's friends from uni to move here - well one's still in state which is OK (but still far enough away to make casual visits hard) but the other is in Atlanta... still not too far away but too far for a casual visit).

Congrats - it's great being with old good friends.

Mark.

6. Skittles, you'd be welcome to kick her ass, all I can say is good luck!
She's kicked my ass enough that I think even she would be able to go toe to toe with you. :)

5. My kids used to live in Springfield
When they had a chance to move they were gone in 3 days. It is like the very heart of rightest of the right wing.
So glad to hear the good news.
