4. I'm basking in the afterglow of my wonderful Epsom Salts bath.

It's the first one I ever took. I had always heard of people drinking them and bathing in them and just never thought I needed it. I appear to be molting right now with the dry skin situation. So, I tried it. I see that will be on my list a lot more when I go to the store. Gawd, I loved it.

Good thing...in two weeks I get surgery on my ankle to remove a plate and pins for a previous surgery I had on it, so....I'll hog those Vicodins they prescribed me and hope for the best!!!

They were the original painkiller prescribed for me, but the acetaminophen in it started to wear on my liver. So I was switched to oxycodone, which has no acetaminophen. Just pure relief.

Good luck with the surgery - sounds like your healing is going well. And, I'll wager the doctor will prescribe some more painkiller.

in his bedroom...he has what appears to be two four-five gallon jugs of shit that he is distilling from some kind of mead kit he is working from.....about a month ago he let us sample the shit that was left over from the kit...it tasted nasty, but got me buzzed ( knowing me, that's really all I give a shit about, anyway ). He had to do all of this work and pour these enzymes and shit into it.....and in a year he will have a good amount of mead ( distilled from honey )
