I like it when BabyG is home. It's 62 degrees out. I am grilling (or going to grill) pork tenderloin kabobs, Jessie is protecting is from the evil that lurks in the corner of the backyard and all is right with the world...for this moment.

Actually, I cleaned the apartment, then I cleaned out my whole closet (a huge undertaking that produced a mountain of laundry), and then I did 4 loads of laundry, including all of the spare room bedding and my winter jackets.

Tomorrow I will get up early, swaddle myself in many layers, and drag my ass to the DMV. Ugh.

Better that than getting pulled over in the middle of my 100 mile drive with no valid license, eh?
