15. Order/disorder is perhaps more accurately defined as energy "quality"
Every thermodynamic process reduces the "quality" of energy, rendering it more and more scattered and diffuse.

I suppose you want a definition of energy "quality." OK, energy that is NOT scattered and diffuse, i.e. energy that is available to do "work" in the thermodynamic sense.
