Did Bob Dylan sue Hootie and the Blowfish for "Only Wanna Be With You"?

I have heard before that Dylan sued Hootie for using the term "tangled up in blue" in that song. I can't seem to find any real facts regarding this.

3. Ha! I am not big Hootie fans by any means, but I was

disappointed to hear Dylan sued because of this. The song was more of a tribute to him.
