Why didn't anyone tell me about Carl Hiaasen? |
|
"Sick Puppy" is kicking my ass. Got any others the Lounge should know about?

1. Sick Puppy is the best of the best. I love his works. |
|
Also try Tourist Season, Double Whammy, Lucky You, Native Toungue--eh, just try them all. He's got his pulse on why everything about Florida is both great and horrible at the very same time.
Also, try his send up of Disney--Team Rodent.

5. I gave my 79 year old Mom Sick Puppy to read. |
|
She loved it. I've given her a couple of other Hiaasen novels as well and she's liked them pretty well too. I strongly suggest Skinny Dip as a good one, and Native Tongue is also a fun read.
Hiaasen rocks.

7. Only ALL of his books!! |
|
But don't eat a big meal before reading.
You'll be laughing so hard, you will be in danger of losing it.
