I am curious though... what happened to the original Q? Did he just go away or was he ts'ed?

6. Two points:

1. I too am surprised, and gratified, the tryout worked. (I promise not to do it again! "Q2" sounds lame and I never liked that episode...)

2. The original "Q"'s name is still present, but whether or not he posts anymore... bit of a shame, but the pun on "Deja vu" (never mind that also happens to be the name of a TNG episode) is so perfectly fitting...
