Today is my day off - Thank God! - Ask me anything. |

The life of a burgeoning surgical technician is not always smooth. Between cranky, arrogant doctors and a long complicated list of procedures to memorize, work can get pretty stressful. Still, when I go to work everyday, there is always excitement mixed in with the new-guy trepidation. This could turn out to be a great job! B-)

It's existential, all right. It means you have existed long enough to have gray hairs. I've got a few too, but I've got a moustache and a beard for them to grow into as well. So I've got a bigger problem.

Plus everyone tells men that gray hairs make them look distinguished. No one ever says that to us women. x(

I couldn't really participate when I was in the Army. But when I got out, I just went crazy, doing play after play. The director I'm working with now has directed me in probably fifteen plays. This is my second Naval courtroom drama for him. The first was "The Caine Mutiny Court-Martial", in which I played Lt. Maryk, the guy on trial. I still have the Navy dress uniform I wore in the play, but it doesn't fit anymore. :( I'm running and working out every day now to get in shape for "AFGM".

It was a mostly boring meeting. My boss was in a poopy mood and being a little snarky. Oh well.

But remember, B*sh came close to the Vietnam Vet last time, too. Close enough to steal the election. Fortunately, far more people see the Chimp for the lying idiot he is this time around.
