...he's also a bit of a crybaby a-whole, unfortunately.

But in some ways, he's right:

St Paul is the last city of the east, while Mpls is the first city of the west.

I was born in Minneapolis, but live in St Paul. According to the amended rules, that counts.

Great, just when I'm getting ready to drive home. This could be dangerous.

By the way, how come we always say "Houston, Texas" like there's another Houston out there that people might get us confused with. No one says "Miama, Florida" or "Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania" or "San Francisco, California", even those are all much smaller cities. But Houstonians always seem to add the qualifyer "Texas" as if this will help clear up some confusion.

Manchester has a nice public library and a great bakery on Main Street. When I was in high school my friends and I all groaned "We have got to get OUT of here". Well, I did and "God, how did I end up here?" is still a question that comes frequently to mind. They did a nice job with the Cheney Mills. In EH it has all been downhill.

I just moved to Yonkers from CT. Temporarily. My so-called-temporary roommates are considering getting a house with me. They want to move back to their old neighborhood in the Bronx ("the Irish part" as they called it. I think it's Woodlawn, that's the Metro-North stop at least.) but I'm trying to talk up Brooklyn. Nicer neighborhoods, cleaner, less crime, closer to Manhattan.

I start work in East Flatbush hopefully soon. Yonkers or Bronx will be a crap commute but if the cost is right...

but I've lived in these cities and consider them home!
Boston, Lynn, Revere MA...then we moved to Hollywood CA, but back to Queens, NYC (College Point) but back out to Hollywood and then to Fullerton (Orange County)and then to Portland OR (actually Gladstone, a small suburb)...Air force years I consider Biloxi MS a home (lived there a year) then back to Portland, Eugene and Corvallis Oregon.
