Used to be, when you stayed in a terrible overpriced hotel, you had to complain to management |

and hope they cared.
Now you can wake up, exhausted and freezing cold, roll over in the hotel bed, grab your Macbook, and post reviews on Google, Yahoo, Trip Advisor, and Hotels.com before you even get up to go partake of their horrendous continental breakfast.
I love the internet.
