I'll just pick Pittsburgh because I sort of mocked Chan790 a few weeks ago about his picking Arizona to win it all....

7. Is there ANY rule in football that allows BOTH teams to lose?
I'm not saying tie. I'm saying LOSE. The Cards must lose because they beat the Eagles. The Steelers must lose because they already have "one for the thumb". I don't even want to think where the 6th one goes.

Because Kurt Warner can once again prove the so-called experts in the NFL wrong. I remember reading an article the other day in Parade Magazine about how many former Parade All-Americans were playing in the Super Bowl. That's all fine and good. But would be more interesting to me is the number of less than stellar athletes coming out of high school and college have made it to the promised land. With all the high-tech b.s. the NFL scouts have going on if it were not for a fortuitous injury to Trent Green a future Hall of Fame quarterback may have found himself back @ Hy Vee stocking shelves @ the end of that season. We didn't have Mel Kyper Jr. gush all over him on draft day when he came out of college. The national media had no idea this guy existed, and the vaunted NFL scouts fucked up big time. How the fucking hell do you let someone with that talent fall through the cracks this day and age? Aeneas Williams, another Cardinal great had a similar story. What the hell was he doing, picking up garbage before an NFL team gave him a chance?
Lemme see the unsung hero's of the game.

24. I went to ASU
and saw Pat Tillman play and then go on to be drafted by the Cards. A silly and sentimental reason I know but I am following my heart on this one.

29. I COULD win the lottery.
Of course, the odds of a meteor ending all life as we know it are much greater. I wonder if they have a Vegas betting line that reads Meteor Apocalypse vs. Browns Super Bowl victory. What's the over/under on that one?

Sorry. Someone had to say it.

...but I kinda dig Kurt Warner's rags to riches story. He seems like a genuinely nice guy.
