I think the Sci-Fi channel is going through the D&D monster manual
and coming up with a movie to match each monster.

Tonight "Wyvern" - right after an encore showing of the classic "Ice Spiders"

I've seen Harpies, Ghouls, Manticores, Basilisks, Dragons, Minotaurs, Gargoyles, Mummies, and others...

What's next?

3. that would be interesting... and, hopefully better
than the cameo the Beholder made in the original D&D movie (it just floated in, one of the good guys threw a rock in another direction to distract it, and then all 11 eyes followed the rock... and the good guys got away, and the beholder was gone from the movie)
