I bought the album "Birds of Fire" (very cool) recently, and on the back of the case, it says all 5 members were from different countries. I know John McLaughlin is from England, and Billy Cobham(drums) was born in Panama and moved to the US at an early age. Where were the other 3 guys from? Anyone know?

Jerry Goodman is American and yes, Jan Hammer is Czech. I thought Rick Laird was Irish?
