Temporary Internet Files
Edited on Sun Aug-10-03 11:59 PM by NightTrain
I cannot get over how quickly those damned things accumulate on my hard drive! I just cleared them out yesterday afternoon and already, there's 1,566 of those fuckers taking up space on me.

What puzzles me is how I keep accumulating Alyssa Milano-related files . I've never been to a single website dedicated to Ms. Milano and her ouevre (sp?), and yet each and every time I go to delete my Temporary Internet Files, 25-50% of them have something to do with Alyssa Milano. What's up with that?!

Ah, the joys of 21st century living....

2. You might have a hidden registry key
...or whatever those things are called.

Try running SpyBot: http://security.kolla.de

It clears all that stuff out. :)

9. are there 'red' things you shouldn't delete? does the program not check
those boxes automatically ? i had nearly 70 red sections, not all had checks in the boxes. I'm pretty new at this, i don't want to really screw up again... thank you for the info, Ive been having problems.

3. If you are using Internet Explorer...
Click on "Tools"
Then "Internet Options"
Then "Settings" (half-way down, Right side)
Set the "Amount of disk space to use" to One MB

You'll have no more problems.

4. If you are using IE
get rid of it and download Mozilla 1.4

You will be pleasantly surprised, and won't have to deal with all this type of crap.

8. Just buy Alyssa Milano...
...and then send in her warranty registration card. They'll take you off the mailing lists.

It's easier than running spybots...

11. What's the deal with Lawsuits and Ms. Milano?
I remember there being a joke on "The Family Guy" about it--does she sue people? I must have been out of town during this phenomenon...

14. Ms. Milano sued everybody offering topless pictures of her on the I-net
This was, of course, after she posed topless in several movies and in just about every magazine that publishes topless pictures. That's why it seemed only a tad hypofuckingcritical.

If she wants to sue someone, she should go after her dentist. Her bonding job makes it look like she had peppermint Chiclets grafted into her gums; she can't even get her upper lip over her top teeth.

13. It will cost a few dollars
but go out and buy window washer and then just install it with your cd drive. It's pretty simple and used about every week or more often cleans all the junk from your machine.
