1. Maybe you can help me. Some images resize to my browser, some don't. |
|
Is there an extension that will fit all images to the browser?

One of the things I didn't like about FF3 was the default setting for full page zoom. When I zoom it's usually to make the text a little bigger. The default in FF3 is to zoom everything which can make the page wider than the window and force one to use the dreaded horizontal scroll. :(
Fortunately, that's easy to fix: Go to the View menu, click on Zoom and check 'Zoom Text Only.'
Next, install the ImageZoom extension. This lets you zoom or shrink images by pulling up a context menu with right click. I use it mainly to shrink images that are wider than the window.

Might have to give that a look.
TabMixPlus I've tried but I guess I'm just too used to the way the native FF handles tabs to change.

13. Firefox's tab handling has gotten a lot better, but I've been using Tabmix for so long... |
|
I just can't go back, haha.

15. duplicate tab is the one thing I would like to have |
|
but I don't need it that often and I'm afraid tabmix would screw up the way I'm used to using tabs.

I recently cut my add-ons by half and stuck with the bare essentials because they were slooooooowing down my computer too much
I currently have AdBlock ForecastFox Gmail Manager Session Manager
and that's it. I think I need to get another gig of memory for my PC because I've noticed that in the past year Firefox has become a huge memory hog

14. I just took a look at my resources |
|
and even with all those extensions and lots of tabs open (29 right now) it's using under around 200MB which seems reasonable considering.

5. Forecast Fox...that's about it |
|
I used to have FoxyTunes, but I never use it. Mac manages multiple applications well enough that it's a lot easier to just have iTunes open.
