Holy Cow - I sampled my first batch of dandelion wine last night - YUM |

I made 3.5 gallons last May (18 cups of pure yellow dandelion flowers).
It has to age for at least a year (normal for d-wine) but I couldn't resist popping open a bottle early.
It was like really expensive cream sherry with a hint of floral aroma.
Gonna make me another batch this spring.
