3. Love Wesley!
I loved him when he was on Buffy and on Angel when he transformed into a darker character.
I’m re-watching all of the Angel episodes in order and sadly I’m nearing the end.
Today I watched the episode where Cordelia announced that she was pregnant with Connor's child. ugh.
But it's also the episode where Willow gets Angel's soul back and had a lovely conversation with Wesley. yay!

4. I love the conversation that Willow and Wesley have
in that episode. That's one of the few conversations that Willow and Wesley had, maybe the only one? Also, I think it was around the same time that Alyson Hannigan and Alexis Denisof started dating. :)

18. They were engaged by that time...
And got married shortly after the Buffy series ended. They are expecting their first child next month.

5. The testament to Alexis Denisov's acting ability...
Is that a guy who could look the way he does in the OP, could convincingly play the consumate nerd for as long as he did.

"Guess what, Percy here was Head Boy." :)

I love nerdy Wesley, too.

8. Too funny!
I kind of remember that
Was that when Spike had his chip implanted? or before?
I think I’m going to have to watch the whole Buffy series next.
It’s interesting to watch the character’s develop throughout the shows. I can see why there is so much scholarship concerning Buffy, etc.

17. By the time Spike had joined the cast of Angel...
The chip had already been removed. That was done during the second half of Buffy's final season because the chip had started malfunctioning. Buffy contacted Riley and had the Initiative remove the chip per her orders.

9. Wes turned into a tragic figure because of his love for Fred.
Now that was good television.

13. Fred becoming Illyria
and Cordelia going into a coma and dying are two developments that I disliked. It would have been great if Cordelia was at the last battle.

14. I love Illyria, but at the same time I loved Fred.
Amy Acker is such a great actor and I am so glad she is in Dollhouse.

I was sad about Cordelia in the coma, but didn't they do that because Charisma Carpenter was pregnant in Real Life? And yes, I certainly did not want her to die. :(

15. I think so.
I had forgotten about Angel and Cordelia's could have been love story. It was kind of like Fred and Wesley's should have been love story. I felt a little cheated.

I hope they expand Amy Acker's role on Dollhouse, she's great.

16. The evolution of his character was one of the best on tv.
He went from being the nerdy, goofy, inexperienced Watcher of Faith to being the deep, dark, love struck Wesley we got to know in the final season of Angel. I actually got really upset when they decided to kill him off in the last episode of Angel.

19. Whedon always kills off his best characters.
It's a really annoying habit he has.

My wife says that if you watch the whole series of Angel with the idea that the series is really about Wesley, it becomes more enjoyable.
