I have listened to them since i was a kid. I have done nothing but watch Cramps videos on youtube since Lux died. :( (I never heard of the Contractions).
ALso, I had never heard that the Cramps were from Texas. Wikipedia has Lux and Poison Ivy meeting in Sacramento, then moving to Akron, Ohio, then NYC to perform at CBGB's and become known. :shrug:
