4. I LOVE sauteed kale. We're having steak and an as-yet-to-be-determined vegetable.
And probably finishing up the last of the homemade sourdough. Simple, but I'm in the mood for red meat.

Mixed with either chicken or salmon. I can't decide.

I usually make the pasta, then add olive oil, crushed garlic, basil and some kind of meat, topped off with a nice shredded parmesian/romano cheese mix.

I have four cans of chicken and one package of prepared salmon. I think I'll go with chiken and save the salmon for another night.

25. We're having shrimp in lemon-butter-basil sauce, leek/pea soup, asparagus
and frosted sugar cookies for dessert. I had leftover butter cream frosting from my daughter's birthday cake so I HAD to make some sugar cookies. :)
