anyone know a good website for figuring house payments? |
|
Me and the wife are talking of having a home built here on the hill and we are trying to figure what we can afford.
Anyone know a website that figures this for you?

4. are you in a metro area? |
|
beware the fees. We looked at building in our area, and found out we would be charged about 20k off the top for a "future improvements fee". In case the city ever decides to build a park or improve roads or... etc. Then any permit and design fees. loan fees, etc.
Its worth checking, if you havn't already
