Argh - my LOCAL news led with the Special Olympics comment
CBS 3 (KYW) did. Actually said the comment outstaged the President's other comments, and did not offer another point of view! Where were they when Bush made a million gaffes? Also, who will fund the Special Olympics? Obama will. It was an insensitive statement IMO, but not a big deal!

End of rant.

1. Seriously.
Bush made like 50 gaffes a day like that. One ill advised comment by Obama and the damned press is fucking swarming him.
