I've been avoiding talking about my neck
There really isn't any good news after my procedure last Monday. People tell me I need to be patient. Meanwhile, the sun is out and it's almost 70f, and I can't ride my bike. :-( Oh well, Snow Dogs is on. I love that movie. :loveya:

1. Have they told you what to expect?
Will the pain eventually ease up over time? What sort of timeframe can you expect before you can comfortably resume your normal activities without discomfort?

3. Well..
they told me "three to four days of stiffness" not that I'd still feel like I was hit by a bus 6 days later. I'm going to call the doc tomorrow if I don't feel better. Thanks, Brad. :hi:

8. That's really not much time
Try to relax and enjoy the fact that you can't do very much.

9. I hope that you're just a slow healer and that you'll be good as new soon --
or that you're at least as good as "gently used" or "pre-owned" stuff.
:P
