Then go ahead and have it! The real trick to losing weight is to not deprive yourself of what you'd normally eat...
Just be sure and increase your exercise...
And make the piece a little bit smaller than you normally would.
Eat less, and exercise more...
That's how to lose weight! You need to do what you can live with, over the long haul.
I lost 50 pounds, over several years, doing it just this way.
You can do it too...

I keep frozen cherries in the refrigerator and thaw a few out a couple times a week. A little yogurt with the cherries satisfies my craving for ice cream.
