How are you today? So I am back to work after I took the day off yesterday. Not that I wanted to go to work. My mood is kinda blue at the moment. Guess I am missing me my significant other - whoever that is.

Anyway, I will be gone in between today. Mainly around noon my time. But I will be back and will answer all posts. Just so you don't wonder if I don't reply right away.

Also, we have the special election to replace Kirsten Gillebrand, who is now the senator. The race is tight but polls show the dem leading. I will vote after work :D

Yes, the raspberry Häagen-Daz is delicious. Good thing it comes in small containers. I'm going to try (attempt) to ration it out. Swimsuit? I just bought a new one and must get a different one for lap swimming. The chlorine in the pool is taking it's toll on my lap suit. Needless to say, I don't spend a lot of dollars for that suit.

Oh, guess what? I interviewed a new pet sitter last night. I like him! He's a young man and he knows our neighbors. His mom is the niece of the people who live in the house with the pretty red roof. All I have to do now is figure out how much to pay him. He didn't have any idea how much to charge and I've never had someone unrelated to me watch the kiddies. So it'll take a bit of thinking. Of course, I'll stock the refrigerator for him, so that'll be a bonus. :9

He does practical work, but he's also encouraging. And I can help or not, whatever I feel like doing. :D

We paid E too much, mostly because she had to drive and we wanted to help her out without her knowing. I told him I'd like him to come over once or twice before we leave so he can get to know everyone, especially the Abys. They might go on a hunger strike if they feel deserted.

Well, both! :bounce: I found out that he likes burgers, potatoes, and sweet tea. Not a problem at all! Might get a few hungry man dinners and put them in the freezer, too. I don't get the impression that he cooks much.
