Your mission, should you choose to accept it |

Here's the thing folks....
I'm going to make a career change. It's not going to happen overnight, but I want to start coming up with a game plan now.
I want to get into the catering business.
Right now, I have little to no resources to do this, so I'm hoping to ease my way in by starting small: donating things to the local high school sports boosters for their concession stand, and for Local Little League programs.
I figure there are things I can make pretty inexpensively that would be tasty.
In exchange for the donation, I would like the concessions folks to indicate that it was made by me... or by my company.
Which leads me to the task at hand.
I need a name for it.
I would like it to have a homey sound, but not too hick. I don't expect to do 5-star elegance stuff, but I would like it to be refined enough to go beyond catering the backyard barbeque.
Can you help?

but I'm pretty good w/ meals.... home-cooked, but even a little fancy. I can make a shepherd's pie and a lasagna, but I can also knock your socks off w/ a lovely roasted chicken or a prime rib.
And I'm VERY good at homemade soups and homemade baked beans.

4. your gonna need to branch out if your not gonna cater to backyard BBQ's |
|
you need to find a niche that sets you apart, something you do exceptionally well at.

5. How about MissMillie's Catering? |
|
Or MissMillie's Creations? Or a play off your real name? But would either be too hick?
