If this is a Maine Coon cat or a Maine Coon mix, 18 pounds is about right.

9. Most Maine Coon cats are very large, in the 15-20 lb range.
A 6 lb Maine Coon is very unusual. :shrug:

19. We didn't think she was one, but two vets recently said she is. They cited...
the way her hair is on the ears and head and something to do with tail length in reference to torso length.

20. Maine Coons don't hit their growth spurt, usually, until they hit the
age of 3 and sometimes as late as 5. My Maine Coon is only 8 pounds...so far. Mr. Merlin was 28 pounds and could eat her for lunch. :)

18. My boy Cali
is a ragdoll and he weighs around 18 or 19 pounds which is normal for a male ragdoll.
