7. I had a salad - romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes and pecorino-romano cheeses. |
|
Washed down with a Wild Cherry Diet Pepsi. Dessert was a small container of blackberries.

romaine, cherry tomatoes, some spinach leaves, a dash of ceasar dressing, and a blend of romano/asiago/parmesan cheeses, washed down with a glass of Riesling.
edit: and caesar croutons.

15. a veggie burrito made with plantain |
|
from a Cuban/Mexican grocer/deli.
I don't eat out much, but I'm on vacation...and it was really huge, so worth the money. Really good, and big enough for both lunch and dinner.

17. Sounds good and healthy when you're a full-time med student! |
|
Salads are so easy to fix if you've got a good grocery near you these days. And healthy, to boot! When I was in undergrad, in a dorm, salads were impossible to make, and weren't offered at the student union. To get our veggies in, we made 2-3 trips per week to a steakhouse that had a helluva bar. :hi:
