I remember reading about this sometime in the 90s, and the outcry was such that the idea quickly disappeared. But that was then...

Let's replace the awe of a starry night with the golden arches or a flashing walmart logo. Hell, why not just put up a giant dollar sign to call us to nightly worship?

They paved paradise to put up a parking lot. Where to now? Capitalism - to infinity and beyond.

Meanwhile, the bush regime is busy saving us from obscenity...
