Not that I'm a huge fan, but I like Adam.

So, 64 million votes for American Idol.

Huh.

That more than voted for McCain, but not as many as voted for Obama (59,948,240 and 69,498,215)

In 2000 or 2004, I forget which, more people voted in American Idol than the total who voted in the presidential election.

Tonight after one elimination.

Adam, Kris, and Danny remain.

Adam will win, IMHO.

:applause:

1. But that's not 64 million voteRs.
People can vote multiple times for American Idol contestants.

Presumably, we only got one vote apiece in the presidential elections, so it's a fallacy to say that more people voted in AI than the election. :)
