I might dye my hair blond.

Because you have a dark beard and mustache, you will have too much of a discrepancy. However, some blond highlights might satisfy your desire for a change. If you are doing this yourself and not too proficient in foiling, blond would go well with your skin and eyes, but you would have to get rid of the beard.
