7. No, but I had a friend who once told me it was better than sex.
And this friend wasn't the type to get into scientific achievements or other geeky stuff, so it must be pretty impressive. Though, to be fair, I don't know that he was doing the sex thing right...

8. I saw Challenger live and in person in 1986.
Even as a five year old it was still very disturbing to see, especially in person.

I was 14 and home sick from school with a fever. I kept falling asleep and seeing it explode over and over. :(

5. Saw about 3 seconds of it before the boosters came off.
Pretty cool. The night ones are a lot easier to see, though.
