It's a close family. Her aunt's daughter is actually the one that introduced my wife and I.
The rub is that the wedding was for my friend who was the best man at my wedding.
Ung.

You know, both occasions are about friends and family coming together for a major life event. Is there much overlap on the other people involved? Is is feasible to do both? Would that be too emotional?

Although the strange thing is - same EXACT thing happened to me - I was supposed to go to a wedding in Mexico and instead wound up going to my aunt's funeral in Michigan.
