I saw the most brilliant thing on the back of Glenn Beck's "An Inconvenient Book" today. |
|
A blurb by Jon Stewart that said, "Finally, someone who says what people who aren't thinking, are thinking."
Spectacular.

4. I was going to complain to you |
|
for putting the word "brilliant" in the same sentence as "Glenn Beck".
But I agree, that IS brilliant!

10. I want to know if they just didn't get Stewart's joke, or if it was some kind of coup, haha. |

5. Ya gotta credit Beck for coming up with such a original title..... |
|
kidding, of course.
Beck is proving once again how Conservative "ideas" are usually distortions of ideas they got from the smarty-pants Liberals they claim to hate.

7. Really? I thought it was every way as imaginative as "Fahrenhype 911" |
|
You see, they took Fahrenheit 911, and they changed it to Fahrenhype 911, because, you know, heit sort of sounds like hype, and that would be, you know.....ah, forget it.

8. Not nearly as clever as "Bright Lights, Big Titties" or "Field of Reams" |
|
Those were clever, I tell you.

9. Very nice. I was thinking, though, you found a "1 cent" sale sticker on it. But this is good too. |

14. I had a brief encounter with that very book today |
|
it was on rather prominent display at a local outlet of one of the national chains.
So I took the book next to them (a golf book, at it happens) and carefully placed it in front of Beckkk's before leaving.
