Ok so I have a completely off topic question for anyone who may know. |
|
My dad ( a fellow DUer) gave me his 1973 Technics SA-80 receiver. When I was younger before I got my amp my dad rigged up the receiver to play my guitar through. So I wanted to play my phones mp3 player through it, I found the proper adapter and it works through my guitar amp. i want to use it with the receiver but it will not work.
My question:
Is there any type of converter box adapter kit anything that may allow me to play my mp3s through it? It could easily work, its just a go between, and doesnt have to convert the music so Im just stumped I knew it would work since my guitar played through it. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I'm almost positive. Can't help with the new technology cause I'm still using the old stuff, myself.

4. Aux should give you line-level input |
|
Just get a stereo mini-to-RCA adaptor and you might be good to go. If not you'll need to step it up, with a little mixer that takes a phone-level input and outputs to line-level.
